A high-protein, lower-calorie baked oat cake with a creamy skyr-peanut topping. Made with oats, banana, milk, and protein powder, then air-fried and finished with a light creamy layer of skyr and peanut butter.
Ingredients โ Base:
- 98g oats
- 40g banana
- 440ml low-fat milk
- 48g protein powder
- 36g peanut butter
- Apples (optional)
- Cinnamon, sweetener
Cream Layer:
- 130g skyr
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 24g peanut butter
Method:
Mix all base ingredients and bake/air-fry at 160ยฐC for 25โ30 minutes. Once cooled, top with the skyr cream layer and spread evenly before serving.
