Healthy Macro-Balanced Savory Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg + 66 g egg whites
  • 64 g skyr
  • 112 g cottage cheese
  • 112 g kashkaval (grated)
  • 70 g gluten-free oats
  • 56 g spelt flour
  • 3 g flaxseed
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180ยฐC.
  2. Mix eggs, egg whites, skyr, and cottage cheese.
  3. Add oats, spelt flour, flaxseed, and a little olive oil.
  4. Fold in grated kashkaval.
  5. Pour into a loaf tin and bake for 30โ€“40 minutes until golden and set.
  6. Cool, slice, and divide into portions.
