Ingredients:
Protein base:
- 140 g egg whites (2P)
- 1 egg (1P)
- 170 g quark (3P)
- 16 g whey isolate (2P)
Carb base:
- 12 g carob flour (1C)
- 70 g oat bran (5C)
- 200 g apple (2C)
Fat layer:
- 12 g cocoa powder (1F)
- 15 g tahini (5F)
- 21 g dark chocolate (7F)
- 6 g coconut flakes (2F)
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients except dark chocolate and coconut flakes.
- Bake at 180ยฐC until firm and fully set.
- Let cool slightly, then top with melted chocolate, tahini, and coconut.
- Slice into 8 blocks and serve.
