English:
Small baked protein cookies made with oat bran and carob for a light cocoa-like flavour. Whey protein adds the protein base, while cashews and hazelnut tahini provide healthy fats and richness. Everything is blended into a dough, shaped into small bites, and baked.
Ingredients:
- 95g oat bran
- 18g carob flour
- 42g whey protein
- 18 cashews
- 3 tbsp hazelnut tahini
- 100 ml water
- Stevia to taste
Method:
Blend or crush the cashews into small pieces, mix all ingredients into a uniform dough, shape into small cookies, and bake until set.
