Morning Fuel Bowl (Skyr & Oats)

Adjusted to ~3 Balanced Blocks

English:
A more balanced high-protein breakfast bowl with skyr, yogurt, oats, apple, and almonds. Adjusted to equal protein, carbs, and fats for a proper block structure while keeping it quick and easy.

Ingredients:

  • 130g skyr (2P)
  • 220g low-fat yogurt (1P)
  • 100g apple (1C)
  • 40g oat bran (2C)
  • 10 almonds (3F)
  • Cinnamon

Method:
Mix everything in a bowl and eat immediately.
