Ingredients:
- 150g red lentils
- 30g oat bran
- 1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 85 ml water
- Baking powder
Method:
Soak and soften the lentils, blend everything into a smooth mixture, bake at 180ยฐC, then slice into 12 equal pieces.
